The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, and be committed to delivering comprehensive dental care under the guidance of senior practitioners. Key Responsibilities Assist senior dentists in performing dental procedures and treatments. Conduct patient examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and provide appropriate care. Take patient histories, X-rays, and impressions as required. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of dental instruments and the operatory. Contribute to the smooth functioning of the clinic by working closely with the dental team. Requirements Qualification: BDS / MDS (Freshers or experienced candidates welcome). Valid dental license/registration as per local dental council. Strong clinical knowledge and willingness to keep learning. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-focused approach. Ability to work in a team environment.
