Job Description – Accountant Location: Hyderabad India Company: Bhave Technologies Private Limited About Us We are a fast-growing startup building integrated products for the POS industry. As we scale, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Accountant who can go beyond traditional bookkeeping to become a partner in our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Manage all standard accounting functions including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, payables/receivables, GST/TDS compliance, and monthly closings. Work proactively with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) to ensure timely statutory filings, audits, and compliance. Prepare and maintain key financial metrics, MIS reports, and investor-ready dashboards (monthly/quarterly). Provide daily dashboards on cash flow, expenses, and revenue to support management decision-making. Track and reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold in collaboration with operations and supply chain teams. Oversee debt collection / receivables follow-up to ensure timely cash inflows. Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and introduce simple automation where possible. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (CA Inter/CA finalist/MBA Finance is a plus). 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance; startup or SME experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance. Proficiency in MyBillBook/Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/MS Excel (advanced). Strong analytical skills; ability to create clear, visual dashboards and metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
