Key Responsibilities - Deliver revenue and profit targets for India & Gulf markets - Formulate and execute business strategies for expansion - Manage and strengthen Mumbai back office - Build client, vendor, and stakeholder partnerships - Lead and motivate teams across geographies - Report to board/owners on performance and strategy Requirements - Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering (mandatory) - 4–5 years of CEO or equivalent senior leadership experience - Strong track record in engineering, industrial supplies, or EPC sector - Ability to manage cross-border (India & Gulf) operations - Leadership, financial, and communication skills - Gulf/International exposure preferred Kindly forward your resume on hr1@bhatia.com
