Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and analyses. Qualifications Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Team Leadership Skills in Market Research and Identifying Sales Opportunities Excellent Communication and Relationship-building Skills Ability to Analyze Sales Data and Prepare Sales Reports Strong Negotiation and Customer Service Skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the energy solutions or related industry is a plus
