Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Event Sponsorship Manager. The Event Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of sponsorship activities for BharatWorks 100X events. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals, negotiating terms, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring sponsor deliverables are met. The role requires excellent communication and event management skills to successfully enhance the profile and reach of BharatWorks 100X. Qualifications Event Marketing and Communication skills Event Management and Event Planning skills Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for events Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in sponsorship management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
