As a Sales Executive, you won’t be working a job — you’ll be on a mission to reconnect people with the rich spiritual, cultural, and natural tapestry of Bharatvarsha. Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound tour inquiries, pitch suitable packages, and close sales effectively. Client Consultation: Understand the traveler’s interests (spiritual, cultural, adventure, etc.) and suggest personalized itineraries. Tour Promotion: Promote pre-planned group tours, Char Dham yatras, spiritual circuits, and state-wise heritage packages. Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with travelers, ensuring repeat business and glowing referrals. Coordination: Work with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with dedication and dharmic discipline. Follow-up: Timely follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and calls to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Market Insights: Provide inputs on traveler trends, competitor activity, and package feedback to improve offerings.
