As a Sales Executive, you won’t be working a job — you’ll be on a mission to reconnect people with the rich spiritual, cultural, and natural tapestry of Bharatvarsha. Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound tour inquiries, pitch suitable packages, and close sales effectively. Client Consultation: Understand the traveler’s interests (spiritual, cultural, adventure, etc.) and suggest personalized itineraries. Tour Promotion: Promote pre-planned group tours, Char Dham yatras, spiritual circuits, and state-wise heritage packages. Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with travelers, ensuring repeat business and glowing referrals. Coordination: Work with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with dedication and dharmic discipline. Follow-up: Timely follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and calls to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Market Insights: Provide inputs on traveler trends, competitor activity, and package feedback to improve offerings. Graphic Designer – Job Description (Bharatatva Tourism) Bharatatva Tourism is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling, and attention to detail — especially in creating travel-themed visuals that align with Bharatatva’s brand identity and mascot Pravasi Banarasi. Key Responsibilities: Design eye-catching travel creatives, brochures, itineraries, posters, and social-media posts. Create and adapt visuals featuring Pravasi Banarasi, ensuring consistency in mascot style. Develop layouts for print and digital media — including ads, banners, and promotional materials. Work closely with the marketing team to translate travel experiences into engaging visuals. Maintain the brand identity of Bharatatva across all communication platforms. Support campaign design for festivals, tour promotions, and digital ads. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva. Creative thinking with a flair for travel, culture, and storytelling through visuals. Strong attention to detail, color sense, and typography.
