Job 1.1. Areas of Responsibilities  Be the front line sales team member.  Achieve sales numbers/targets and receivables.  Be responsible for achieving sales of allotted product range / territory.  Understand organizational objectives. Plan and execute Actions towards achieving the objectives. 2. Candidate 2.1 Minimum requirements to educational background  Bachelor of Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering, Electrical Also, preferably Mechanical with understanding of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning segment 2.2 Minimum requirements to working experience  1 to 4 years in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, preferably in Reefer Container Sales. Any sales other except software industry. 2.3 Essential personal characteristics  Ambitious, Handle customer interaction independently.  Building relationship across all function of B2B type customers, besides direct customers.  Good & Effective Communication  Understanding Market & implementation of Strategy under supervision to realize the business potential  Develop customer insight, understand the application, and propose solutions.  Ability to manage/interact with people to pool in supporting resources to meet the business potential.  English knowledge and ability to interact cross cultural within India. 2.4 Salary Levels  3.5 to 6.5 Lac p.a.
