Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments. Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions. Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures. Preferred candidate profile . Experience: Freshers and experience both can apply, 0-5 years of experience in BPO/customer service industry Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Undergraduate). Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Shift Flexibility: Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including day and night shift. Prior customer service experience preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
