As a QA/QC Manager at BGPL, a subsidiary of EDF India and Actis actively involved in AMI projects in India, your role will be crucial in overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting quality audits, implementing corrective actions, and continuously improving quality processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating and obtaining customer approval of GTP of smart meters, meter seals, FIIT, SAT, and ensuring the quality of meter installation in the field. You will also play a key role in developing various processes, procedures, and SOPs for different parts of the AMI project. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes - Ensure compliance with industry standards - Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions - Continuously improve quality processes - Validate and obtain customer approval of GTP of smart meters, meter seals, FIIT, SAT - Develop processes, procedures, and SOPs for different parts of the AMI project Qualifications: - Total 10+ years of experience in the power distribution sector and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in AMI projects - Knowledge of industry standards compliance - Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Certifications in QA/QC or a relevant field are a plus,
