Job description Place of Posting- Mumbai / Hyderabad/Chennai Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a Technical Architect to design and enhance Bharat Connect applications that are scalable, highly available and highly responsive. Would design, create and lead the development of a software solution. Also responsible for designing high level architecture for new technology solutions and adoption of the same. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We would also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly. Key Responsibilities: Creates and leads the process of integrating IT systems for them to meet the organizations requirements. Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture. Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required. Updates stakeholders on the status of product development processes. Notifies stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture. Fixes technical issues as they arise. Analyzes the business impact that certain technical choices may have on the business processes. Supervises and guides development teams. Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture. Preferred skills- Strong Problem-solving skills JAVA 8 and above Experience in Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, RDBMS. Ability to decide on the best-fit technology for the proposed solution Decision on what technology stack to use suggesting different architecture options/approaches for a particular requirement Space based architecture and event driven architecture knowledge and experience is desirable. Elastic stack knowledge is desirable Experience in handling payment systems and high volume systems is desirable. Dev ops knowledge is desirable and should be able to initiate and implement the best dev ops processes Good Interpersonal Communication Works with the technology and product team for the requirements and implementation of deliverables.
