This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment and can drive both client acquisition and talent delivery for IT staffing and consulting services. Key Responsibilities US Business Development & Lead Generation Generate qualified leads and expand IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation business across US . Research organizations, identify decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers), and build a strong prospect pipeline. Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule client meetings. Maintain accurate client information, interactions, and pipeline details in CRM tools Track lead generation performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies. Stay updated on IT staffing trends, technologies, market dynamics, and competitor landscape. Attend industry and HR events to network and strengthen market presence. US IT Recruitment & Talent Delivery Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based job requirements in IT. Educate candidates on recruitment processes, client expectations, and job details. Submit qualified candidates against assigned job orders and manage them through the complete hiring lifecycle. Work closely with internal recruiting teams across onshore and offshore locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants across regions. Negotiate compensation, finalize candidate details, and pre-close candidates before submission. Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback cycles, and referrals to expand talent pipelines. Ensure timely coverage and fulfillment of all assigned job orders. Skills & Competencies required 2–8 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Staffing, or US IT Recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, hiring models, and staffing processes. Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
