Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at Bhagwati College of Pharmacy Baraut, located in Meerut. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, grading assignments and exams, mentoring students, and participating in departmental meetings and activities. The Lecturer will also be expected to stay updated with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and contribute to the academic community. Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in conducting research and preparing academic papers Experience in grading assignments and exams Ability to mentor and guide students Knowledgeable in the latest developments and advancements in the field of pharmacy PhD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy or a related field Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills
