Job Title: Legal Associate Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Legal Associates to join our dynamic law firm Bhachawat & Associates. The ideal candidate should have a strong legal background, excellent research and analytical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality legal services. The Legal Associate will work closely with our team of attorneys to support various legal matters, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case management. Responsibilities: 1.Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research on various issues to support attorneys in case preparation. Analyze statutes, regulations, and legal precedent to provide accurate and timely information. 2.Appearing and Arguing before Court/Tribunal: Appearing and arguing before the Hon'ble court and tribunals to represent clients on behalf of the firm. 3.Document Drafting and Review: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal correspondence. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documents and assist in the editing process. 4.Case Management: Assist in the preparation and management of legal cases, including organizing case files, maintaining documentation, and tracking deadlines. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings and trials. 5.Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries under the guidance of attorneys. Assist in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 6.Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines. Monitor case dockets and keep attorneys informed of case developments. 7.Legal Compliance: Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas. Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures. 8.Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications: LLB degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Delhi. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Above 2 years of experience for the post of a legal associate Experience in criminal litigation, civil litigation, corporate law, or other relevant practice areas is a plus. Remuneration: As per industry standards and subject to increase on the basis of performance.
