Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, addressing various legal issues, conducting in-depth legal research related to land, and providing analytical support. The role involves effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring adherence to all legal guidelines and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Issues Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation like agreement for sales, deeds Excellent Analytical Skills for thorough and accurate legal research Understanding of Parcha, land related documents. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
