We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with microfinance or mutual funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and other investment options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
