Looking to onboard a skilled Branch Relationship Executive - Used Car with 1-6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry and excellent relationship-building skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with used car dealerships and customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of the used car market and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for building strong relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with financial institutions or banks is an added advantage.
