Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter who has in-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector and handson experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR processes and passionate about connecting top BFSI talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Understand client requirements within the BFSI domain and deliver targeted recruitment solutions. • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Source candidates through various channels (Networking, referrals, portals, social media, etc.). • Conduct candidate assessments to ensure cultural and professional fit. • Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to ensure smooth selection and onboarding. • Maintain strong talent pipelines for BFSI roles across levels. • Ensure compliance with HR processes and timely closures of mandates. Must-Have Requirements • Strong understanding of the BFSI sector (Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Housing Finance, etc.). • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver within deadlines. • Proficiency in HR processes, sourcing tools, and onboarding formalities
