The ideal candidate for the position must be a graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in data privacy within the BFSI BPS domain. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of the Quality Management System framework, risk management, and the general risk framework. The candidate should possess expertise in designing solutions, excellent communication skills for customer meetings, audits, and RFI/RFPs, as well as strong collaboration and networking abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency in data privacy regulations and requirements to conduct internal training sessions. - Evaluate security and privacy obligations in MSA/SoW and implement necessary controls to meet customer expectations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate relevant controls that support evolving business models. - Prepare and share governance reports and dashboards with stakeholders on key deliverables. - Monitor vendor/subcontractor compliance with data privacy commitments. - Identify operational risks affecting confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information/services and implement mitigation strategies promptly. - Perform internal audits, track non-conformances, and ensure timely closure. - Support customer audits and ensure global compliance with data protection and privacy laws. - Offer consultation for developing global templates, policies, and procedures. - Mentor the delivery team on new trends/practices related to Data Privacy within the aligned business segment. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including rotational/US shifts.
