Key Responsibilities Supplier Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, acting as a liaison between the company and its suppliers. Quality Audits: Conducting regular audits of supplier facilities and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of incoming materials and products, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing corrective actions. Performance Monitoring: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality and providing regular reports to management. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance and working with suppliers to implement solutions. Technical Support: Providing technical support to suppliers on quality-related matters, including part certification, process improvements, and problem-solving. Compliance: Ensuring that all supplier activities follow relevant regulations and standards. Coordination: Coordination with Procurement / Supply Chain for Company material requirement. Kit wise / BOM wise material follow up with Supplier and to arrange the same as per requirement. Skills and Requirement: Sample Checks Physical Inspections Drawing Readability Design Change follow up, ECR follow up Gauges Handling Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering. Preferred Mechanical Engineering Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in quality engineering, supplier management, or a related field is required.
