Key Responsibilities : - Should be a good leader to train the team and improve their creative skills. - Ensure outstanding creative execution of campaigns within scheduled timelines and budgets. - Must have experience in digital medium and platforms. Should have experience in handling digital campaigns across product categories. - Oversee creative consultations with Account team to ensure appropriate creative strategies, schedules, budgets, production support and client presentations. - Train and supervise assigned the creative team, oversee their creative activities to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule. - Participate in the new business pitches as necessary.
