Job Description

  • Understanding the Bill of Materials.
  • Checking the availability of material declaration in MaCS, Supplier website.
  • Validating the compliance documents from suppliers
  • Upload of material declaration in database
  • Creation and validation of IMDS
  • Creation of CDX request
  • Updating the taken over details into the specified tracker provided (Daily / Weekly /
  • Monthly)
  • Setup Calls / meetings with Suppliers and internal stake holders on Daily / Weekly /
  • Monthly basis for taking it to closure
  • In case of clarification closure providing the details to processing team for next steps
  • Following the process defined and fine tuning the process as per the changes advised
  • Supplier declaration follow-up and closures by conducting regular meetings via (Teams)
  • Updating the internal trackers as advised
  • Preparing supplier quality report on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required
  • 2 to 4 Years of work experience in any Automotive / Mechanical industry
  • Experience in environment compliance or sustainability topics / tools (like IMDS, RoHS, REACH,
  • FMD, CDX, Prop65...etc)
  • Knowledge in supplier quality processes
  • Conversant with English Written and oral communication
  • Knowledge on MS Excel
