Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media posts, reels, brochures, menus, signage, product packaging, and in-store branding. Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to produce visually compelling campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. Adapt and design creatives for various franchise partners as per regional customization. Develop visually cohesive branding materials for promotions, offers, festivals, and franchise presentations. Maintain and update design assets, templates, and brand libraries. Coordinate with printers, signage vendors, and packaging partners for final outputs. Deliver timely design solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand consistency. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Portfolio showcasing relevant work (especially food & beverage-related graphics). Preferred Qualifications:Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Prior experience with F&B or retail brands is a plus. Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and social media trends.
