Successful candidates will undergo a structured training period focused on design, development, and manufacturing of innovative electromechanical solutions in the renewable energy sector. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be considered for a full-time job role with our organization. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development Projects: Solar Module Cleaning Robot: Assist in design and manufacturing. Selection and integration of motors, wheels, battery systems, and control components. Electric Vehicle (Trolley): Design and manufacture of an electric trolley with the following specifications: Load Capacity: 700 kg Speed: 19 meters/minute (~1.14 km/hr to 2 km/hr) Application Terrain: Desert, sand, and uneven surfaces Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings, bills of materials, and testing protocols. Field Activities: Participate in installation, commissioning, and service support activities at project sites in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project reports and maintain records of design calculations, test results, and performance data. Mandatory Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class marks. Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of: Engineering design principles Hydraulics Electromechanical engineering concepts relevant to applications like Hydro Projects, Wind Turbines, and Solar Power Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English Other Requirements: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical concepts independently. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Remuneration: Stipend: Negotiable during the training period.
