Role & responsibilities 1. Estimating & Quantity Take-off Perform detailed quantity take-offs directly from 2D drawings and BIM models (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.). Validate and update quantities as models evolve through project stages. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed quantity take-offs. Analyse project model & drawings, specs, and data to determine material & finishes. 2. BIM Model Management Review models to ensure that models contain required cost-related information. From quantification aspect, provide inputs to BIM manager for BIM Process. Coordinate with consultant, Design team for Project finishes.
