SRole & responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage daily beverage production operations to meet output and quality targets. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to health & safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards). Supervise production staff including supervisors, operators, and support teams, ensuring effective team coordination and motivation. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with quality assurance, maintenance, R&D, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with the engineering/maintenance team. Support new product launches and scale-up activities in the production line. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling, pasteurization, and packaging technologies. Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, etc.) Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in using production management software (ERP, MES, etc.) ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics)
