The Senior F&B Controller is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operational efficiency of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department at Della Adventure & Resorts. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, implement cost control measures, and support the overall profitability and growth of the F&B operations.. Key Responsibilities. Financial Management:. Develop and manage the annual budget for the F&B department.. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions..
