Job Title: Plant Incharge – Beverage Industry Location: Govindgarh, Rajasthan Reports To: Operations Head / Factory Manager / General Manager – Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Operations Management Supervise and manage all plant operations including bottling, mixing, carbonation, filling, packaging, and warehousing. Ensure daily production meets quantity, quality, and schedule requirements. Optimize equipment performance and production lines to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. 2. Beverage Industry Expertise Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000). Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the production floor. Oversee water treatment, CO₂ usage, syrup mixing, and quality parameters relevant to beverages (e.g., Brix level, carbonation level, microbiological control). 3. Quality & Compliance Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet quality and safety regulations. Ensure traceability of raw materials and final products. Address non-conformance issues swiftly with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4. Maintenance & Utilities Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure preventive maintenance of machinery like filling lines, blow molding machines, CIP systems, and refrigeration units. Monitor and control plant utilities such as water, electricity, steam, and compressed air. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of materials and dispatches. 6. People Management Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Ensure shift planning, resource allocation, and performance management. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology Engineering. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in beverage manufacturing or plant operations (carbonated drinks, bottled water, juices, etc.). Hands-on experience with Filling Machines, Blow Molding, CIP Systems, SCADA/PLC, and other beverage-specific equipment.
