Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer specializing in Manual, UI, and API Testing, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of financial applications in the lending domain, with a focus on Salesforce testing. With over 7 years of experience, you will lead the testing efforts, including API validation, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and testable. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing test strategies, performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex workflows within the lending domain, and conducting comprehensive API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar. Additionally, you will validate data flows, monitor application health and performance using tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace, and contribute to the automation framework, especially around Salesforce and backend APIs. You will be required to mentor junior QA team members, actively participate in Agile ceremonies, and help establish best QA practices. Strong skills in Salesforce CRM, API testing, monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and scripting languages are essential. Having a good understanding of SQL, Agile/Scrum environments, test management tools, and issue tracking systems is also crucial. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks, knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous. An ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
