Role & Responsibilities Provide technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for DCode range of products including: Label Printers (Desktop & Industrial) POS Printers & Mobile Printers Barcode Scanners (1D/2D/BT) Android-based PDAs / Mobile Computers Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and communication interface issues (USB, Serial, LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). Perform firmware upgrades, driver installations, and configuration for printing and scanning solutions. Assist in demo setups, product testing, and pre-sales technical validation for customers and distributors. Support service center teams and field engineers through remote and onsite assistance. Prepare technical documentation , installation guides, and training material for partners and end users. Coordinate with R&D and Product teams for bug reporting, field feedback, and feature enhancement discussions. Maintain detailed ticket logs, service reports, and escalation records through CRM tools. Train clients IT teams on installation, usage, and preventive maintenance. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field . Minimum 3 years of experience in AIDC / Barcode / Printer / POS / PDA support domain. Strong understanding of printer mechanisms, sensor calibrations, firmware flashing, and driver configuration . Proficient in Windows & Android troubleshooting , network configuration, and peripheral interfacing. Exposure to barcode software tools (Bartender, NiceLabel, Zebra Designer, Seagull Drivers, etc.). Excellent analytical and communication skills with customer-first attitude. Ability to manage multiple installations and service requests independently.
