Skills: Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce), and documentation handling. Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and cross-functional coordination. Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.
