About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager to join our Panchkula Hyundai dealership. The CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within the automotive sector and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain and update customer data and records in CRM tools.Coordinate with the sales, service, and workshop teams to ensure seamless customer experience.Manage customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement.Generate customer satisfaction reports and support customer retention programs.Organize customer engagement activities like service camps and feedback sessions.Key Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Knowledge of automotive services and processes is a plus.Eligibility:Bachelors Degree in any discipline.Prior experience of 3-8 years in customer relationship management or service roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
