Role & Responsibilities Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions using Montessori and play-based methods Guide children aged 2 to 5 years through early learning in a joyful environment Prepare learning materials and manage classroom activities Ensure childrens safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being Maintain child observation reports and update parents regularly Support in organizing school events, celebration days, and excursions Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in playschool or pre-primary teaching (Mandatory) Diploma in Montessori / NTT / Early Childhood Education / B.Ed Strong communication in English; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with small children Creative, organized, and team-oriented personality Residing near Mogappair preferred.
