Role & responsibilities Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that nurtures curiosity and learning in young children. Plan and conduct engaging activities, lessons, and play-based learning experiences suitable for preschoolers. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through age-appropriate teaching methods. Maintain discipline in a positive manner, encouraging good habits, manners, and values. Monitor and assess each childs progress, sharing feedback with parents regularly. Ensure classroom materials, toys, and learning aids are well-maintained, safe, and used effectively. Organize events, celebrations, and interactive sessions to promote creativity and participation. Work closely with other staff members and management to uphold the schools vision and standards. Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and overall well-being at all times. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and parents to create a supportive learning community. Preferred candidate profile Education : Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / B.Ed. (preferred). Experience : Prior experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching will be an added advantage. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and working with young children. Creativity in designing engaging learning activities. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
