Bentley Project wise Administrator

Job Description

Demonstrable experience with the management, administration and delivery of Bentley and Autodesk Engineering Systems, specifically: Bentley ProjectWise Autodesk BIM360, ACC Understanding of relevant Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and preferably have the ability to create and maintain code/functions to facilitate automation, specifically: PowerShell Forge SQL Scripts Experience and understanding of CAD/BIM software Knowledge of ISO 19650 Understanding of contemporary IT technologies and concepts such as ICT Networks, End User Computing, Virtualised Environments and Cloud Computing Accountability for management of Bentley ProjectWise and Autodesk ACC on projects. Generate and maintain CDE instances to service Project Tenders and Project delivery requirements across the Group Engineering System administration and management Setup of BIM360 including project folder structure and permissions. Setup of the ProjectWise data source Setup of the project folders structure and associated environments and workflows. Workflow Management and Rules Engine support. Performing ProjectWise related activities such as configuring and troubleshooting the software; and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches. Be able to define and convey customisation requirements to meet specific project requirements Troubleshoot and solve user problems for hosted systems Ensure and proactively monitor that applications services are up to date, available and responsive for users according to business requirements and Service Level Agreements Ensure and govern that policies related to application accesses, roles, and identities are executed as per defined by Information Security Management Ensure that application services can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost-effective and timely manner
