Job Description

As an Application Administrator at Hatch, you will play a crucial role in administering computer systems and providing technical software support for various projects and corporate systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing, supporting, and resolving complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues - Identifying and resolving medium to highly complex production problems for application support - Maintaining system documentation and staying updated on relevant technologies - Collaborating with stakeholders, application development teams, and vendors for troubleshooting and tuning applications - Leading efforts in developing and implementing processes for application and system monitoring - Implementing application updates such as upgrades, patches, and new releases - Undertaking integration between systems using available API's and web services - Providing 1st Level Application Support, user administration, and project set-up assistance - Managing your assigned ticket queue and being willing to work after hours as part of a global team Qualifications: Skills: - Understanding software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems - Demonstrated ability to be a subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others - Teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve organizational and team goals Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology field - Hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support - Experience with Bentley CAD platforms, specifically MicroStation - Experience in process automation, technology efficiency, and effectiveness - Experience with SQL query development databases is an asset Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience At Hatch, you will have the opportunity to work with great people on exciting projects, develop innovative solutions, and benefit from a flexible work environment and long-term career development.
