You will join Birlasoft as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead with fusion experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in driving the digitization of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include deploying Fusion HCM and other SaaS solutions for HR, collaborating closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations and escalations. Your educational background should include a postgraduate degree or any other professional qualification. With at least 8 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM functional and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will bring valuable expertise to the role. You should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12), which will be considered an added advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping user requirements with the features available in the HCM Cloud application, troubleshooting functional issues, and ensuring the continuous enhancement of Fusion HCM Cloud. Your ability to create process design documents, BRDs, and utilize analytical tools such as OTBI and Power BI will be crucial for success. Moreover, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the capability to work independently with senior stakeholders. Your role will also involve collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure the standardization of operational information and the execution of enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures.
