Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of mining activities by coordinating with various departments such as drilling, blasting, excavation, crushing, screening, and transportation. Monitor and control production targets to meet company requirements. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement effective communication plans to maintain transparency among team members. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, personnel management, and logistics. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in iron ore mining operations or similar industry. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of project coordination principles and practices. Proficiency in beneficiation unit operations is an added advantage.
