Job Description

Responsible for setting up and operating machines to bend metal structural shapes (e.g., bars, sheets) to specified angles or contours as per work orders or blueprints.

Key Duties:

Set up clamps, die blocks, and stops on bending machines
Adjust machine settings for desired bend angles and positions
Secure workpieces and operate the machine to form bends
Use manual or powered bending tools for small or short-run tasks
Preheat materials when required using a torch or furnace
Fill tubes with materials (e.g., sand, resin) to prevent deformation
Manually bend or flare tubes and cut materials to length as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
