Job Description: As a Territory Sales Manager based in Calicut, Kerala, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering business growth in the region. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in Kerala, with a particular focus on the Electronics and home appliances sector. Your primary responsibilities will include developing business plans, submitting monthly reports by the 25th, setting targets, and devising strategies to enhance performance in areas that are underperforming. It will be crucial to achieve 90% of the set business targets and promptly address any issues in low-performing areas. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing your team, ensuring team satisfaction, and maintaining a rating of 2 out of 5 or higher for no more than 20% of the staff. You will be expected to lead monthly meetings with other Territory Sales Managers, implement company policies, and incorporate benchmarks to drive performance improvements.
