Independently perform and manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company as directed by the direct manager and the management. Proactively ensure the availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to foster a harmonious and productive work culture for employees. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision, including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies. Prepare accurate and timely real estate forms, documents, and correspondence. Utilize strong letter-writing skills in English for effective communication with corporates, government agencies, and bodies. Efficiently complete paperwork for all real estate transactions to ensure swift deal closures, including meticulous post-sales documentation for clients. Demonstrate experience in attending meetings and effectively handling matters related to Income Tax departments, GST departments, and Municipal Corporations. Undertake necessary visits to the High Court, Lower Divisional Court, and Senior Divisional Court for legal department-related work, ensuring compliance with legal procedures where necessary. Possess a strong understanding of the Land Reform Department and its compliance procedures, including mutation and conversion processes. Diligently monitor legal and regulatory deadlines and proactively provide notices to appropriate parties. Possess a solid basic knowledge of legal matters (highly desirable). Demonstrate knowledge of Labour/Contractor Agreements and the Real Estate Registration process. Assist with basic HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes. Produce basic marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online content, and social media posts to support the company's branding efforts. Compile and distribute accurate weekly/monthly reports, communicating key results to the team to ensure company goals are being met. Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of issues. Proactively undertake necessary visits to clients or other locations for important meetings or assigned tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion. Willingness and ability to travel extensively in and around West Bengal and out of West Bengal when required for official work is mandatory. Preferred candidate profile For Female Candidates Only. The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
