Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiters

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter responsible for marketing IT consultants who are available on the bench, identifying suitable project requirements, coordinating with vendors and clients, and placing consultants on projects.

Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants through various job portals, vendor networks, and social media platforms.

Work on consultants' profiles and resumes according to client requirements.

Identify suitable requirements for consultants with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, AWS, Azure, etc.

Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.

Submit consultants' profiles to suitable job requirements.

Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.

Coordinate interviews and follow up on interview feedback.

Maintain daily marketing reports and submission trackers.

Follow up with vendors until consultants are successfully placed.

Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.

Required Skills

26 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Good knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

Experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Knowledge of C2C employment type.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of US time zones and IT technologies.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of consultant submissions.

Number of client/vendor calls and follow-ups.

Number of interview schedules.

Number of placements.

Revenue generated through consultant placements.
