We currently hiring for 3 positions ( 2 Bench Sales Recruiter and 1 Senior IT Bench Sales Recruiter) Bench Sales Recruiter Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.) to US-based vendors and direct clients to secure contract positions. Location: Vijayawada (100% On-Site) Company: EnigmaTech IT Solutions Work Hours: Night Shift (US Time Zone - EST/CST)) Experience Required: 1- 4 Years in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing) Key Responsibilities Actively market bench candidates to implementation partners and direct clients in the US. Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and vendor contacts to generate leads. Submit consultants to suitable job requirements, follow up, and coordinate interviews. Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients. Maintain records of submissions, interview schedules, and placements. Qualifications 1-4 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales. Solid understanding of various US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, L2, H4 EAD). Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US market. Experience with portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently during US EST/CST hours. Preferred Skills Established vendor contacts/network in US IT staffing. Location: Vijayawada (100% On-Site) Company: EnigmaTech IT Solutions Work Hours: Night Shift (US Time Zone EST/CST) Experience Required: 5+ Years in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing) + Team Management Experience . Key Responsibilities Proactively market bench candidates to implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients. Source new requirements daily through vendor contacts and job boards. Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close deals. Lead, train, and supervise a team of Bench Sales Recruiters. Set daily/weekly targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Conduct regular team meetings and report performance metrics to management. Qualifications 5+ years of Bench Sales experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Minimum 1 year of team handling/leadership experience. Expertise in marketing candidates on C2C and W2. Deep understanding of US visa classifications and tax terms. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working US time zones and high-pressure environments. Preferred Skills Strong network of vendors and implementation partners.
