Key Responsibilities Mould Preparation & Casting: Design, prepare, and maintain sand moulds and cores for casting hardware components. Select appropriate moulding sand and additives to achieve required surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Supervise pouring of molten metal into moulds, ensuring safety and precision. Pattern & Tooling Management: Work with patternmakers and designers to create and maintain accurate patterns for hardware products.
