The drastic change from earlier Gera projects is really visible. The layout of flats, flooring tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen trolleys, window railings I can see changes in all. Good change and I am happy to get my home with Gera.

Your concern never get resolved. Even after raising with top leadership Mr. Gera, he routed back to same person who did not understand at the first place.. stay away from such developers. Moreover no point in referring your family friends as you will never get referrals which they promise.

Old fashioned and poor quality. Compare their work and design with other builders around Kharadi, bought an apartment in planet of joy n scares me what they have delivered at world of joy. I would everyone everyone to visit world of joy to get an idea of what they offer and other projects before booking with Gera.

Gera developer is not child centric, it is totally money centric project, They charge money for everything. Even then will not show you any thing and ask for money. I will say please be careful if you are booking flats in gera. All reviews you can see as 5 star are by PR worth reading 3 to 1 only to get actual insights 😀 …
