Fraud company. Zest project is hold. Ayana project is also in bad condition. Handover date is crossed but no one doesn't have any information of progress. Employees are rude and give false commitment. As of now 40% of work has been completed. So think 100 times before investing your earned money in Belani

Nightmarish experience with Belani Group's Aayna project. Booked in 2018, still not handed over in 2023. Construction halted, no response to calls/msgs/emails. Trust completely broken. Avoid at all costs. ★☆☆☆☆

Belani group could have been a topmost developer in Kolkata if they had not taken the batanagar project with Sumit dabriwala...They made a complete mess in batanagar and so many people suffering and top of that hiland group became bankrupt...My question is why did you take up the batanagar project which was beyond your scope
