We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our product listings and day-to-day operations on various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others. This role involves everything from creating new listings and optimizing existing ones to providing exceptional support to our sellers and resolving any operational issues. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management: Manage and maintain product catalogs on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. This includes creating new product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility and sales. Seller Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, assisting them with their queries and providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Operational Support: Resolve a variety of issues encountered on marketplaces, such as listing errors, payment discrepancies, and returns. This involves creating and following up on cases with seller support teams to ensure a quick resolution. Inventory and Order Management: Work with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels are reflected on all platforms. Monitor daily orders and assist with any issues that may arise during fulfillment. Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, return rates, and customer feedback. Identify trends and suggest improvements to boost performance and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, sales trends, and operational issues for management. Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working with major e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or others. Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, including listing products, managing orders, and handling returns. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with sellers and internal teams. Proficiency in using seller portals like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
