Behavioural Science and Design - Human Centered Design

Role Overview: As a designer at our company, you will not only focus on design but also be a systems thinker with a profound understanding of human behavior and decision-making. You will utilize your knowledge to shape product journeys through behavioral insights and design principles. Key Responsibilities: - Co-lead product strategy with the founder - Design and validate user journeys - Create habit loops, nudges, and behavior-based UI flows - Drive experimentation by implementing A/B testing, field studies, and synthesizing data with behavior - Build a team of behavioral thinkers as the company scales Qualifications Required: - Background in behavioral science, psychology, HCI, or design - Experience applying behavioral frameworks in tech, fintech, or policy - Ability to conduct experiments, design interventions, and optimize for action - Passion for inclusion, access, and behavioral equity - Interest in co-founding and viewing it as a calling rather than just a job Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to receive co-founder equity and shared ownership of our mission.
