Compliance with policies and processes, timely closure of service requests, and handling complaints escalations will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing and expanding the retailer network, forming partnerships, and training retailers/distributors to strengthen the DTH business will be essential for stakeholder management. You will also need to optimize processes, identify techniques to enhance customer experience, and maintain industry best practices for service efficiency. Leading the territory team, updating their knowledge base, coordinating between cluster managers, and managing the team responsible for installations, servicing, and repairs will be part of your people management responsibilities. Collaborating with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies will also be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have a full-time graduate degree, with an MBA being optional, and 1-3 years of experience in channel sales. Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, basic knowledge of MS Office tools, and leadership competencies such as customer obsession, collaboration, ownership mindset, learning agility, navigating change, and execution excellence will be key to success in this role.,
