Job Summary:
The Child Behavior Therapist works with children to assess and treat behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. They use evidence-based techniques to improve behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills, while collaborating with families and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess children’s behavior and emotional needs, creating personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy (individual/group) using methods like CBT, play therapy, and behavior modification.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to support the child’s progress.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Educate families on managing behaviors and providing support at home.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or certified in child therapy or behavioral analysis.
• Strong knowledge of child development and behavior management.
• Experience with children’s behavioral challenges (e.g., ADHD, autism).

Preferred:

• ABA certification or similar.
• Previous experience in clinical or school settings.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time or part-time; flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
