This role demands leadership, technical excellence, and a proactive mindset to manage Angular-heavy projects, lead a team of developers, and ensure high performance and code quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Design and develop scalable, performance-driven Angular-based applications integrated with backend services. Implement efficient architectural patterns such as lazy loading and micro frontends. Enforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for seamless delivery. Must-Have Skills & Topics (Will Be Evaluated): Hands-On Tasks: Implementing Virtual Scroll for large lists Converting a component from BehaviorSubject to Signal Implementing Field-Level Role Access Control Creating and reusing Singleton Components across modules Assessment Areas (MCQ-based): HTTP Request & Response Header validation Performance optimization techniques Angular Change Detection strategies Lazy Loading & Micro Frontend architecture Build optimization strategies Additional Core Skills: Deep understanding of RxJS View Inheritance and reusable component patterns Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in front-end or full stack development Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), RxJS, and TypeScript Working experience with Java or other backend technologies is a plus Familiarity with micro frontends and modular architecture Solid foundation in software engineering principles and design patterns Proven experience in leading teams or mentoring developers Nice to Have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
