Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging and original content for our social media platforms. This role requires a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of various social media trends and audience behavior. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving traffic and leads through compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and design original content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute content calendars in line with marketing and campaign strategies Create reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video scripts that align with brand tone and voice Collaborate with design and marketing teams for visual and messaging consistency Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and foster a vibrant online community Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements Stay updated with competitors and industry trends for creative benchmarking Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field 13 years of experience in content creation or social media management Proficiency in writing, editing, and storytelling for digital platforms Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms Ability to create video content or coordinate with video editors as needed Excellent time management and organizational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment
